How long will my order take to be completed?

Minimum quantities vary by product. Please check the individual product page for specific order requirements.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes, we accept print-ready artwork in PDF format, ideally with crop marks and bleed.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes, we offer a professional design service for an additional cost. Give us a call if you’d like to discuss it before ordering.

Materials and Finishing
What’s the difference between gloss, silk and uncoated paper?
-
Gloss paper has a shiny, reflective surface that makes colours appear vibrant and crisp. It’s great for leaflets, flyers, posters, and promotional cards where you want visual impact.
-
Silk paper has a smooth, soft feel with a slight sheen — it gives a high-quality look without the glare of gloss. Ideal for brochures, menus, presentation folders, and any print where readability is important.
-
Uncoated paper has a natural, slightly textured finish that’s easy to write on. It’s commonly used for letterheads, notepads, forms, and any printed material that needs to be filled in or annotated.
What is gsm?
GSM stands for grams per square metre – it’s a measurement of how thick or heavy the paper is.
The higher the number, the thicker and more durable the paper or card.
-
130–170gsm: Lightweight and flexible – ideal for posters, leaflets, and takeaway menus.
-
250–300gsm: A sturdy mid-weight card – perfect for flyers, postcards, and folded menus.
-
350gsm: Thick and durable – commonly used for business cards, luxury invites, and premium covers.
Still unsure? Let us know what you’re printing and we’ll happily advise the best GSM for the job.
What’s the difference between gloss, matt and soft touch lamination?
-
Gloss lamination adds a shiny, high-sheen finish that enhances colours and gives your print a vibrant look. It’s great for leaflets, menus, posters, and product packaging where visual impact is key.
-
Matt lamination gives a smooth, non-reflective finish that feels modern and professional. It’s perfect for presentation folders, brochures, and corporate stationery where you want a premium yet understated look.
-
Soft touch lamination has a velvety feel and adds a luxury finish to your print. Often used on business cards, high-end brochures, invitations, and folders, it creates a memorable tactile experience.
Each option enhances the durability of your print while adding a distinctive finish to suit your brand or project.
What is the benefit of lamination?
Lamination adds durability, protects against wear and tear, and enhances the overall look and feel of your print.
What is Spot UV?
Spot UV is a high-gloss coating applied to specific areas of a print, adding texture and shine for emphasis.
What is foiling in print?
Foiling applies a metallic or coloured foil to areas of the print, often used to create a luxury effect. Perfect for wedding invites!
Can I write on laminated print?
Generally no – laminated surfaces are difficult to write on unless specified. Uncoated areas are best for writing.
